Sleeping Pattern Problems?

I am not an expert but I can share some knowledge that I have about this issue. It is also my issue before so I did some research about it too.

People who are suffering from:
- depression
- Obesity
- no Exercise or Physical Activity
- Frequent Use of Prescription Drugs
- Poor Diet

Just some nutritional tips on how to have a healthy heart.

1. Switch to mono-unsaturated oils like olive oil,mustard,til or groundnut oil.Olive oil is known to be the most heart-friendly oil.Consume no more than 3-4 teaspoons of edible oil per day per person.

2. Avoid maida(white flour)based foods.Switch to whole wheat bread.
